Summary:

The Senior Community Association Manager oversees a portfolio of communities, manages special projects, and ensures success in all assigned Community Association Managers. The role requires strong knowledge of company policies, budgets, finances, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Essential Duties:

• Meet with associations 1-2 times weekly onsite
• Manage operations for community portfolios
• Lead and advise clients on community management best practices
• Conduct board meetings and communicate with stakeholders
• Create budgets and manage financials
• Ensure client satisfaction and account retention
• Participate in management training and emergency coverage

Qualifications:

• CAI or CACM designation preferred
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• 4+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Industry knowledge and office presence

Education & Experience:

• 2-4 years in Community Association Management
• CMCA designation required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to inspect properties, drive to communities, and operate office equipment. Typical office environment with accommodations available for disabilities.
