Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of community associations.
• Manage special projects and assist where needed.
• Conduct regular onsite meetings with associations.
• Lead and facilitate Board Meetings.
• Collaborate with Board members, vendors, contractors, and residents.
• Develop and manage budgets and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate effectively through newsletters and updates.
• Participate in management training and emergency coverage schedules.

Qualifications

• CAI or CACM designation preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Industry knowledge and office presence.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
