Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Experience developing internal and external communications programs.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Experience using SharePoint for intranet editing.
• Experience using Google Analytics and email tracking software for metrics tracking.
• Experience using PowerPoint and Photoshop for graphics creation.
• Video editing software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and delivery of integrated communications plans.
• Work with the Global Head of Communications on Corporate Responsibility communications as required.
• Contribute to communications that inform and engage employees around product launches, campaigns, and business initiatives.
• Create and publish content across internal and external channels including newsletters, intranet, email, and social media.
• Draft and edit communications materials including articles, talking points, and presentation content.
• Help coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events including town halls and media engagements.
• Monitor and update internal platforms to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare reports using communications tools.
• Contribute ideas to evolve communication efforts based on industry trends and stakeholder feedback.
