The role requires senior editorial judgment, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a track record of producing client alerts, thought leadership, and bios under deadlines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in English, journalism, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field; law firm experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, engaging prose with appropriate tone and audience.

Responsabilités

• Manage and mentor a team of writers, setting editorial direction and standards.
• Write and edit client alerts, thought leadership, web content, presentations, remarks, bios, and award submissions under tight deadlines.
• Ensure all materials are proofread, fact-checked, and aligned with the firm’s brand and editorial standards.
• Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and BD colleagues to develop content and manage competing priorities.
• Lead major communications projects from inception through publication and timely execution.
• Serve as a resource on writing and style across the firm.
