United Way Miami, Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager, Communications to lead internal and external communication initiatives. You will craft content for newsletters, reports, and presentations, and collaborate across departments to maintain a strong organizational identity aligned with the mission and goals.

You will develop and deliver presentations, conduct interviews, and contribute to campaigns that enhance the organization’s visibility and impact in the Miami community.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in journalism or related field.
• 4+ years writing for mission-based organizations, corporate brands, and consumers.

Responsabilidades

• Write, edit, and review content for newsletters, memos, scripts, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent, effective communication.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations and workshops for stakeholders and the community.
• Conduct research and interviews to support accurate, compelling materials.
• Participate in planning sessions and contribute ideas to strengthen campaigns.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Digital Services Strategy teams to enhance brand visibility.
• Support organization-wide communication strategies and activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
