Mothers Outreach Network in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior Communications Manager to own external communications end to end. You will write and produce social media content, campaign materials, newsletters, and donor communications, reporting to the Executive Director.
The role is hands-on with potential growth into broader fundraising strategy. Required are 5-7 years of communications experience, strong writing skills, and a deep commitment to racial justice and Black families.

The Senior Communications Manager owns MON's external communications - voice, content, and platform presence - end to end. This role writes and produces everything MON needs to speak externally: social media content, campaign materials, press-adjacent writing, and donor-facing communications including solicitations and stewardship messages. Reporting to the Executive Director, this is a hands-on production role for an experienced communicator ready to write across every format MON needs, with room to grow into broader fundraising communications strategy over time.
