Job summary

ONEOK is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to support its commodity trading business by enhancing risk controls, modeling capabilities, and risk systems. You will work with Commercial, Accounting, IT, Legal, and Credit to drive improvements in risk management, data quality, and reporting while ensuring a strong control environment.

You will analyze P/L variance, hedge strategies, VaR, and deal capture, supporting informed decision-making and compliance with risk policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or related field with job-related experience.
• Master’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics preferred.
• Experience performing detailed financial analysis and modeling of complex commodity trading activities.
• Experience and/or training related to: Accounting standards and supporting documentation. Trading policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare complex reports and records related to daily mark-to-market P/L variance of trading books.
• Collaborate with front and back office to quantify and analyze risks.
• Develop and maintain hedging strategies and models for commodity risk mitigation.
• Prepare back tests, scenario analyses, stress tests and performance analyses.
