This role focuses on daily P/L variance analysis, hedging strategy development, and stress testing to support informed decision-making and a strong control environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with financial risk modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily mark-to-market P/L and VaR variances for trading books.
• Collaborate with front and back office to quantify and analyze risks.
• Develop hedging strategies and risk models to mitigate commodity risk.
• Monitor and report daily trading activity for compliance with risk policies.
• Prepare back tests, scenario and stress tests to explain risk drivers.
• Maintain market price curves and risk system reports.
