Job summary

Fluidstack seeks an experienced Commissioning Site Manager to lead the Owner's commissioning across multiple hyperscale data center sites. You will oversee GC coordination, design teams, and vendors, ensuring Level 1–5 tests meet ASHRAE/BCxA requirements and that all documentation is complete for turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience as Owner's commissioning lead on hyperscale or mission-critical data center builds.
• Sign-off on Level 1–5 testing for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to review and enforce ASHRAE/BCxA guidelines in commissioning.
• Maintain an issues log and turnover package for operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct commissioning across multiple sites, coordinating GCs, designers, commissioning agents, and vendors.
• Witness and verify testing across field installations and systems.
• Review commissioning plans, SOPs, test scripts, and vendor reports for compliance.
• Own the commissioning schedule and manage open punch items to protect energy turn-on dates.
• Troubleshoot startup and performance issues in mechanical and electrical plant and controls.
