Job summary

ENFRA LLC in the United States seeks a Commissioning Project Manager II to oversee multiple concurrent projects, balance workloads, track deliverables, and maintain documentation.

You will serve as the main communication hub among owners, owner representatives, contractors, engineers, architects, and ENFRA teams, while defining scopes, managing budgets, schedules, risks, and pricing with the Cx Director and BD team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of commissioning or related experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or building operation management.
• Ability to interact professionally with owners, owners' representatives, contractors and design teams.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the construction industry and knowledge of competitors.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks for timely, accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution, verify deliverables and adherence to scope.
• Engage with commissioning team and stakeholders to align with client requirements.
• Oversee project KPIs and performance metrics to drive improvement.
• Maintain and update project budgets over the project lifecycle.
• Create and manage scope tracker, resource calendar, and forecast.
• Establish and deliver status reporting for clients and stakeholders.
• Drive corrective actions for scope or performance gaps.
• Support BD by developing scopes of work and project pricing.
• Provide training and mentoring to commissioning team.
• Develop owner’s project requirements (OPR) and lead design reviews.
