Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager II to oversee a commissioning team delivering multiple concurrent projects, balancing workloads, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-schedule work in collaboration with the Cx Director and BD team.

The role requires a BS in Engineering/Construction Management, 5+ years in commissioning, and strong communication skills; travel 25–40% is expected. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with cloud-based commissioning platforms are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of commissioning or related experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with owner, owner’s representatives, contractors and design teams.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution, verify deliverable accuracy and adherence to project scope.
• Engage with Commissioning team and stakeholders to maintain alignment and meet client requirements.
• Oversee project KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update project budgets throughout the project.
• Create and manage the project scope tracker, resource calendar, and forecast.
