Job summary

RJM Technologies in Tysons, VA is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead electrical testing and commissioning for mission-critical power projects. You will oversee teams of engineers and technicians, drive project execution, and ensure safety and quality.

In this leadership role, you’ll serve as the primary technical and client-facing contact, shaping project delivery, building strong client relationships, and advancing commissioning standards across complex electrical infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading electrical testing and commissioning teams.
• Deep expertise in electrical power distribution, testing and commissioning.
• Experience delivering complex projects while building strong client relationships.
• Ability to mentor engineers and technicians while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of NETA, NEC, NFPA 70E and other industry standards.
• NICET, CCP or similar certifications are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel as projects require.

We're seeking an experienced commissioning leader to oversee electrical testing and commissioning operations for complex mission‑critical and industrial power projects.

This is a leadership role responsible for managing commissioning engineers and technicians, driving project execution, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest technical standards.
