Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to ensure MEP systems and equipment are installed, tested, and operated per project specs. You will mentor staff, coordinate with project teams, and maintain schedules, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Required is a Bachelor’s in engineering with 3–5 years of commissioning experience, strong leadership, and effective communication skills in mission-critical environments. Significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering field with 3–5 years in commissioning.
• Advanced knowledge of commissioning for MEP systems.
• Experience on Mission Critical projects.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and data to validate readiness for commissioning testing.
• Assist schedule development with managers and subcontractors.
• Review testing documentation for safety and compliance.
• Coordinate energization and startup activities.
• Lead commissioning meetings with subcontractors.
• Track issues to closure.
• Mentor Cx Tech I staff.
• Serve as key field contact for client needs.
• Verify deliverables and documentation meet design requirements.
• Escalate deficiencies affecting deliverables.
• Travel up to 95%
