Haskell is seeking a Commissioning Agent II to lead design reviews, submittal reviews, and the development of pre-functional and functional performance tests. The role involves field visits, coordinating with contractors, and training junior team members.

Frequent travel is required; a strong background in MEP commissioning and leadership is essential. Base salary reflects the national scope and experience level within the United States.

Formación

• Associates degree plus commissioning certification from ACG/AEE/BCxA/BCxP with 4–6 years experience.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in engineering with 1–2 years of field experience.
• Agent II: associates degree plus commissioning certs and 6–8 years experience; engineering degree with 3–4 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute design reviews with the Cx team.
• Administer submittal reviews on systems to be Cx.
• Develop pre-functional checklist (PFC).
• Coordinate construction site visits.
• Execute field reporting from site visits.
• Track open issues from reporting.
• Attend construction/Cx meetings.
• Develop FPT scripts with the Cx team.
• Coordinate/manage PFC with contractors to completion.
• Execute functional performance testing with contractors.
• Train Commissioning Technicians during FPT.
• Manage issue logs and coordinate completion with Cx team.
• Implement FPT checklist findings and issues.
• Execute seasonal testing if required.
• O&M reviews and final commissioning reporting.
