Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead on-site commissioning of BAS and integrated control systems. You will coordinate controls engineering, validate programming and graphics, and drive FAT/SAT testing through to customer sign-off.

The role is highly customer-facing, requiring strong communication and project leadership in a hybrid work environment. Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years commissioning experience, hands-on field leadership, and a solid background in industrial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent field experience accepted.
• 5–8 years commissioning experience with 3–4 years in technical field roles.
• Experience leading field teams and managing resources across concurrent projects.
• Experience as primary client contact or site-level technical liaison.
• Background in BAS/industrial automation and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Own contracted technical scope delivery and commissioning to specification.
• Lead field commissioning through FAT/SAT and acceptance.
• Coordinate with controls engineering teams on programming, graphics, alarms, and sequences.
• Serve as technical liaison with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, testing, documentation, and turnover packages.
