Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking a Commissioning Manager to deliver the technical scope of our projects, coordinating with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure on-site commissioning from pre-functional checks to final acceptance. This role is highly customer-facing and requires strong communication skills.

Hybrid work with travel is available in West Memphis, AR. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of commissioning experience, including 3–4 years in the field, with a background in industrial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years commissioning experience including 3–4 years in field.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating across disciplines.
• Experience as client liaison at site level.
• FAT/SAT and commissioning in data center or critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own contracted technical scope delivery and commissioning to spec.
• Advise PM on staffing, strategy, and schedule.
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve issues.
• Lead on-site commissioning and testing plans.
• Drive punch list resolution through close-out.
• Maintain as-built records and documentation.
