Veolia seeks a Commissioning FSR to lead projects from planning to on-site execution, delivering world-class support to ES Services & install-base customers. You will drive commissioning plans, troubleshoot, and mentor staff while ensuring safety standards and continuous improvement.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, product teams, and field personnel to close issues, optimize PLC/HMI processes, and deliver effective post-commissioning results across water treatment projects.

• Relevant field experience working on the Veolia WTS products.
• Background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools.
• Focus on customer relationships (external and internal).
• Working knowledge with industrial networking and fieldbus’.
• Mathematical skills across units, fractions, decimals, ratios and percentages.
• Read and interpret instruction and safety manuals.
• Ability to plan multiple priorities, focus on重要 ones.
• Adapt quickly to new problems, clients, situations.
• Make timely decisions with incomplete information.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Services Water Treatment Projects are safely and successfully commissioned from construction to operations.
• Resolve systemic issues and lead experts to resolution.
• Use observations at customer sites to plan resolutions for issues.
• Implement plant optimization techniques.
• Optimize PLC/HMI/SCADA processes for post-commissioning closures.
• Mentor staff and partners on site visits, commissioning and troubleshooting for Veolia products.
• Manage customer expectations and maintain high standards across Veolia WTS sites.
• Coordinate with services, product, engineering and process groups to document issues.
