Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies seeks a Commissioning Field Service Representative to lead commissioning of complex services projects and drive plant optimization. The role involves on-site and remote customer support, issue resolution, and mentoring staff, with strong focus on safety, standards, and customer satisfaction.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemistry, 5+ years of experience in water projects, and skilled PLC/HMI/SCADA capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemistry preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of water/wastewater treatment project experience.
• Working knowledge of PLC & HMI/SCADA programming and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning of complex services projects from construction to commissioning.
• Resolve customer issues to closure with on-site and remote support.
• Mentor staff and partners in commissioning activities and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, design standards, and governance policies.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams for feedback and improvements.
