Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies seeks a Commissioning FSR to lead on-site and remote commissioning for complex water treatment projects, ensuring safe operation, project closure, and client satisfaction. You will mentor staff, drive plant optimization, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve designs.

The role requires strong decision-making under pressure, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 80% (mostly in the United States).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemistry preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment projects or related fields.
• Knowledge of PLC & HMI/SCADA programming and troubleshooting (Rockwell, GE-IP/Emerson).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and successful commissioning of water treatment projects from construction to operations.
• Resolve systemic issues and lead experts to resolution.
• Plan and implement plant optimization techniques.
• Train staff and partners on Veolia products and procedures.
• Maintain high customer service standards at every site.
