Job summary

TRISO-X is seeking engineers for commissioning and startup roles at multiple levels. You will lead development and execution of test procedures, oversee system turnover from construction to operations, and coordinate multi-discipline testing with engineering, QA, and operations.

Candidates should have extensive experience in regulated industries, read P&IDs and electrical schematics, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Level IV requires ~10 years of experience in commissioning, startup, or testing in regulated industries.
• Level V requires ~15 years and leadership in test procedures and multi-discipline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of detailed test procedures from system test plans with acceptance criteria and safety controls.
• Lead systematic testing of facility systems following approved procedures and disciplined conduct of operations.
• Coordinate multi-discipline testing with engineering, construction, operations, and QA teams.
• Lead system turnover activities from construction to commissioning and ensure documentation readiness for operational acceptance.
• Mentor engineers and promote disciplined problem-solving and safe work practices.
