Job summary

TRISO-X seeks a Completions Engineer to coordinate the transition from construction and commissioning to licensed operations at a first-of-a-kind facility. You will manage evidence files, punchlists, and turnover prerequisites while engaging with commissioning teams to achieve NRC readiness and safe operations.

You will translate readiness criteria into concrete requirements, assemble objective evidence, and drive closure across organizations, acting as the operational readiness system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in completions tracking, readiness verification, or startup activities in regulated industries.
• Experience with documentation management and regulatory compliance is valued.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving across multiple organizations.
• Ability to review evidence to verify readiness and ensure traceability.

Responsibilities

• Translate readiness criteria into verifiable requirements for assigned systems.
• Define objective evidence required to demonstrate readiness.
• Support turnover prerequisites for construction-to-commissioning and commissioning-to-operations.
• Coordinate with Readiness Leads to track functional-area requirements and evidence standards.
• Maintain and review evidence files, punchlists, and turnover documentation.
• Provide status updates for management and regulatory readiness.
