Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead commissioning activities for large-scale critical facility construction projects. You will oversee MEP system commissioning, QA/QC practices, and technical leadership from design through post-construction.

Location options include Home Based with preference for Arlington, VA area, and up to 50% travel across the USA. Salary ranges from $117,000 to $143,000 per year, reflecting experience and project scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Engineering degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant MEP engineering and/or field-testing experience.
• Minimum 5 years providing building commissioning and/or construction QA/QC field services.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities across all project phases: design to post-construction.
• Develop Commissioning Plans and Specifications meeting ASHRAE, CSA and LEED.
• Conduct field visits, startup witnessing, testing and witnessing activities.
• Manage end-to-end project documentation and SOP/MOP creation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage contractor schedules.
