Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead commissioning activities for large-scale critical facility construction projects. This role requires comprehensive expertise in MEP systems commissioning, quality assurance program execution, and technical leadership throughout all project phases from design through post-construction.

Location is home-based with preference for Arlington, VA, and up to 50% travel across the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of MEP engineering and/or field-testing experience.
• 5+ years of building commissioning and QA/QC field services.
• PE or PMP designation or CEM/CBCP/CPMP/LEED is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute commissioning activities across all project phases.
• Develop robust Commissioning Plans and Specifications with QA/QC programs.
• Conduct field-based commissioning activities with startup witnessing and testing.
• Manage end-to-end project documentation and SOPs/MOPs.
