Job summary

BR+A Consulting Engineers seeks a Commissioning Engineer/Project Manager to join our St. Louis office, with a minimum of 5 years commissioning experience and demonstrated project management capabilities.

The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and managing technical resources to deliver projects per plans, specifications, and schedules. Ideal candidates will have experience in Healthcare, Higher Education, Science & Technology, Transportation, and Critical Environments, and must

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience.
Experience managing commissioning projects (planning, staffing, client management, execution, reporting).
Ability to travel about 25% of the time.
Experience with healthcare, higher education, science & technology, transportation or critical environments.

Responsibilities

Prospect for commissioning opportunities and new pursuits.
Estimate fees, issue proposals, close business and execute projects.
Assist in filling positions required to accomplish the work.
Develop, maintain and publish commissioning documents in project systems (Procore, Building Connected).
Manage resources to successfully execute new and existing business.
Complete work backlog while exceeding client expectations.
