BR+A Consulting Engineers in St. Louis seeks a Commissioning Engineer/Project Manager with 5–10 years of commissioning and project management experience to lead and grow our commissioning practice.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commissioning experience and demonstrated commissioning project management experience.
• Leadership skills to counsel clients and project teams through commissioning processes.
• Ability to secure and manage technical resources to execute projects per plans and schedule.
• Willingness to travel about 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Business development by pursuing commissioning opportunities and new pursuits.
• Estimate fees, issue proposals, close business and execute projects.
• Assist in filling positions required to accomplish the work.
• Develop and maintain commissioning documents on software platforms and project documentation systems such as Procore and Building Connected.
• Manage resources to successfully execute new and existing business.
• Complete work backlog while exceeding client expectations.
