KLH Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commissioning Agent to lead the commissioning process from design through occupancy on building projects in the Fort Thomas, KY area.

The role requires coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and facility staff to verify performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls and life safety systems. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of commissioning or related experience, a BS degree, and a CxA certification, with the ability to

Qualifications

• Minimum BS degree from an accredited four-year university or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of commissioning, HVAC service, Building Automation Systems, or facility engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• CxA certification (Commissioning Authority) is required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Commissioning Authority for new construction and existing building projects.
• Develop commissioning plans, specifications, checklists and project deliverables.
• Lead commissioning meetings with owners, contractors, design teams, and manufacturers.
• Manage commissioning scopes, schedules, budgets and client expectations.
• Mentor commissioning technicians and design team.
• Support business development and growth of KLH's commissioning services.
