Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead commissioning on large-scale, critical facilities. You will drive commissioning across design, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases with emphasis on ASHRAE, CSA and LEED requirements.

You will manage field testing, startup witnessing, and system integration while coordinating with general contractors and MEP trades. This role requires travel up to 50% and a strong QA/QC background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Engineering degree preferred).
• 10+ years MEP engineering or field-testing experience.
• 5+ years commissioning/QA/QC field services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute commissioning across all project phases, ensuring ASHRAE/CSA/LEED alignment.
• Conduct field-based commissioning activities, tests, and witness startup activities.
• Manage end-to-end project documentation, SOPs, and project manuals.
