Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5+ years of business or systems analyst experience.
• Experience with Callidus or comparable sales commission systems preferred.
• Proficiency with databases and data movement in large-scale environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and refinement of commission system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery to development teams.
• Develop and execute test strategies for quality.
• Evaluate change requests and assess impacts across systems.
