Job summary

West Bend Insurance Company seeks a Sr. Commercial Trucking/Bodily Injury Claims Representative to investigate and manage complex trucking and transportation claims from initial loss through resolution.

You will evaluate liability, damages, coverage, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with insureds, drivers, attorneys, law enforcement, and vendors. The role requires strong investigation, negotiation, and communication skills, plus experience handling litigated claims and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage complex trucking and transportation claims from loss to resolution.
• Evaluate liability, damages, coverage, and regulatory issues.
• Collaborate with insureds, drivers, attorneys, law enforcement, vendors, and repair facilities.
• Analyze accident reports and evidence to support claim decisions.
