Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Commercial Security Senior Service Technician to service, maintain, and troubleshoot access control equipment and IP-based video systems at commercial sites. You will diagnose issues, read electrical schematics, and provide on-site or remote support.

The role requires 5+ years of field experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from ladders up to 16 ft, with travel to client sites using a company

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of field experience in security techs.
• Experience with listed security software/tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, repair and troubleshoot access control equipment and IP video systems.
• Travel to commercial client sites to service and repair equipment.
• Document service issues and escalate when needed.
• Read/interpret electrical schematics and CAD drawings for low-voltage work.
• Support customers via phone or remote diagnostics.
• Work with a company vehicle and lift up to 50 lbs and ladders up to 16 ft.
