Job summary

The role covers removal/installation of roof systems, maintenance, safety compliance, and crew leadership. Strong communication and physical stamina are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
