Job summary

Empire Roofing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician to join our on-site service crew in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK.

You will investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects across EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and metal roofing systems. The role requires supervision of a service crew, adherence to safety guidelines, and professional interaction with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork and attending meetings; assist in training of crew members as needed.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Summary

You will be working under the service crew leader and investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities
