Job summary

Empire Roofing, Inc. in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews on commercial projects. You will oversee installation and removal of BUR, TPO, EPDM, PVC and other systems, ensuring craftsmanship meets our standards.

You will manage crew workflow, maintain safety, complete required paperwork, and coordinate with customers. Local travel and variable weather conditions are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Experience with all listed commercial roofing systems.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and removal of roof systems.
• Manage roofing crew, paperwork and meetings as needed.
• Maintain safety and ensure high craftsmanship.
• Track inventory and file daily reports.
• Interact professionally with customers.
