Qualifications

• Experience in general construction, commercial roofing, and building envelope
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and meet physical demands

Responsibilities

• Install various roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings)
• Masonry and tuckpointing
• Concrete restorations, caulking
• Waterproofing and parking garage restoration
• Operate hand and power tools safely and follow OSHA regulations
• Communicate effectively with foremen and coworkers
