Job summary

Tremco in San Diego is seeking individuals with experience in general construction, commercial roofing, building envelope, and general labor to join our team. The position pays $20-33/hour with benefits after eligibility. You will install roofing systems, perform masonry and waterproofing tasks, and follow OSHA safety practices. Qualifications

• Experience in general construction, commercial roofing, and building envelope.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors in varied weather.
• Physically capable of climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in roofing is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing systems: BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings.
• Masonry and tuckpointing; concrete restorations and caulking.
• Waterproofing and parking garage restoration.
• Operate hand and power tools safely; follow OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with foremen and supervisors.
