Job summary

NATIONS ROOF LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead field operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The role oversees foremen, field staff, and subcontractors, driving safety, scheduling, quality, and client satisfaction from planning to completion.

Ideal candidates have extensive commercial roofing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple crews while maintaining safety and efficiency on occupied sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (installation, foreman, or superintendent level).
• Experience supervising in-house and subcontractors.
• Experience on large-scale projects $10K–$1M.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to foremen, field staff and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality installations.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, scheduling, and production to meet project goals.
• Monitor quality of installations and oversee subcontractors to maintain standards.
• Represent Nations Roof with customers and coordinate with project managers and office staff.
• Support safety through regular audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
