Candidates should have 5+ years in superintendent/foreman roles, OSHA 30, and a valid driver’s license. Spanish skills are a plus. This is an on-site position focused on Elite Service and Customer Experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Commercial Superintendent/Foreman experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read manuals and reports; speak fluent English.
• Spanish language skills are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members complete duties professionally to guarantee excellent service.
• Identify problems, evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Perform work according to manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate with General Contractors and customers; attend jobsite meetings.
• Estimate additional work and communicate status to customer.
• Notify Commercial Project Manager and customer of progress changes.
• Document all progress in CRM and manage paperwork.
• Manage projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Oversee jobsite safety; assist Safety Director with audits.
• Issue disciplinary actions when necessary and train field staff.
• Verify material quantities; return unused materials to warehouse.
