• Ability to develop competitive bid strategies and evaluate cost drivers.
• Skilled at coordinating subcontractors and aligning scopes across stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement of pricing and estimates.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%).

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and develop detailed cost estimates.
• Create bid strategies and support bid submissions through award and handoff.
• Review and identify scope gaps, risks, and assumptions; recommend mitigation actions.
• Coordinate subcontractor coverage and assist with sourcing and alignment of scopes.
• Analyze project performance to improve pricing accuracy and estimating effectiveness.
• Support public-sector supplier diversity requirements.
