• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, bid on jobs, and oversee jobs from start to finish.
• Develop sales and promote department services.
• Estimate job costs and present proposals for review.

Skills

Strong background in Commercial Construction

Ability to read complex instructions

Bi-lingual communication skills

Knowledge of Project Estimating software

Strong interpersonal skills

Education
