Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial and industrial roofing.
• Understanding of commercial roofing materials such as architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR and modified applications.
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; valid driver's license.

• Deliver a quality roof using standardized work.
• Solve problems as they occur.
• Keep work area in 5S standard.
• Safely perform standardized work.
• Continuously improve the process.
• Be at the job every scheduled day.
• Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible.
