Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing.
• Familiar with architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications.
• Strong leak diagnosis and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a quality roof using standardized work

• Safely perform standardized work
• Continuously improve the process
• Be at the job every scheduled day
• Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible
