Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing.
• Understanding of commercial roofing systems (architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, modified).
• Effective roof system evaluation and leak diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a quality roof using standardized work.
• Solve problems as they occur.
• Keep work area in 5S standard.
• Safely perform standardized work.
• Continuously improve the process.
• Be at the job every scheduled day.
• Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible.
