Job summary

Tecta America, Baltimore, a commercial roofing contractor, seeks a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead roofing crews through installation, removal and replacement of roof systems from start to finish. You will ensure safety, craftsmanship, and adherence to project specs, while coordinating with customers, tracking inventory and completing required paperwork.

Three to five years of leadership experience in commercial roofing is required; a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work at various heights.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines and job specifications.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.
• Manage crew, paperwork, meetings, and training; track inventory and file daily reports.
