Job summary

Tecta America East LLC – Jessup Location is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews on commercial projects in Jessup, MD. You will oversee installation, removal and replacement of various roof systems and ensure craftsmanship and safety on every job.

The role requires at least 5 years leading commercial roofing crews, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work at heights in varying weather. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed.
• Tracking inventory and filing daily reports.

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman for our Jessup, MD shop.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Summary

You will be the leader of our roofing crews and responsible for the installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
• Roof maintenance and repairs

Commercial Roofing Foreman Requirements

• Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to pass preemployment screening
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay starting at $24/hour, depending on experience.
