Job summary

Tecta America, Baltimore, a commercial roofing contractor, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews and oversee installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems. You will manage projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include coordinating crews, ensuring safety, maintaining customer relations, and reporting inventory daily. 3–5 years of crew leadership and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and tile/sloped roofs.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Follow job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.
• Manage roofing crew, complete paperwork, attend meetings, and train crew as needed.
• Track inventory and file daily reports.
