Job summary

Banner Bank seeks a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to drive growth by building partnerships with complex commercial clients. You will lead business development, manage large client relationships, and provide trusted financial guidance while mentoring teammates.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 6+ years in commercial credit, analysis, or business development, with strong underwriting and cash management knowledge. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or related field (Required).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development (Required).

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through business development with existing clients and prospects.
• Build and manage relationships with large, complex commercial clients.
• Market and develop opportunities across commercial lending and industry segments.
• Negotiate loan terms and structure credit solutions within authority.
• Prepare and present detailed credit analysis and borrowing recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio risk and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Mentor and coach junior relationship managers and support teams.
