Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to underwrite and structure commercial credits.
• Deep knowledge of cash management products and services.
• Understanding of federal and state regulations related to commercial lending and appraisal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through business development with existing clients and new prospects.
• Build and manage relationships with large, complex commercial clients across industry verticals.
• Market and develop opportunities in commercial lending and targeted segments.
• Negotiate loan terms and structure credit solutions within authority.
• Prepare and present detailed credit analyses and borrowing recommendations.
• Conduct credit reviews and monitor portfolio risk to ensure policy compliance.
• Represent the bank in the community to build awareness and relationships.
• Mentor and coach less experienced relationship managers and support team development.
