Qualifications

• Strong understanding of credit and finance principles.
• Ability to travel across the company footprint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial loan relationships in a loan portfolio.
• Establish involvement in local civic organizations with leadership roles.
• Develop relationships that present loan and deposit opportunities.
• Process commercial loans and screen loan requests.
• Perform financial analyses to support credit decisions.
• Negotiate credit terms and collateral specifications.
• Represent the bank at civic and community functions.
