Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on refrigeration, HVAC, and related mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Respond to service calls and emergency repair situations as needed.
Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS and document tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and applicable regulations.
Coordinate with team members, vendors, and customers to support facility operations.
Assist with general mechanical maintenance duties as assigned.
