Qualifications

• Proven industrial field-service experience.
• Hands-on refrigeration/HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and safe work habits.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license; willing to travel/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC, chillers, boiler systems, refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose issues involving compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, controls, VFDs, and related equipment.
• Perform emergency service, leak response, preventive maintenance, system evaluations, and startup support.
• Read and work from P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control drawings.
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and recommendations clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Complete accurate field documentation and follow strong safety practices in every job.
• Help customers reduce downtime, improve reliability, and keep refrigeration systems operating as they should.
